1. When will you ship my Items? 
Please understand, all of our products made to order. You provide your personalize info and we confirm with you then our team start making the products. So depending on the products, it can take up to 7 days to finish making your orders. On average, we take 5 to 7 days to make sure the quality of the finished products are up to standard. 

2. When will My Item Arrive? 

Excluding the processing time, it will take another 10 to 15 days for USA, AU, UK
For EU countries, it will take 15 to 20 days and for other countries, it might take up to 3 weeks depending on the customs. 
If you choose priority shipping which we process by DHL or UPS it will not take more than 10 days most of the countries. 
Note: Shipping time depending on many things including customs, strike by shipping companies etc. So for customize gifts, order ahead of time otherwise, it might be delay to receive the products

3. Will My Item Sent in One Package? 

We work with third party supplier for customize products that we can do it by ourselves. If you order multiple products, those will ship separately. You will receive more than one shipments.

4. Do You Ship Outside United States? 

Yes, we can ship Internationally. Contact us if you have any question. 

5. How Do I Cancel Order? 

As we sell only customize products, we can cancel your orders before we process the orders. So if any reason you want to cancel the orders, please contact us right away. 
Once our team start working on it, we will not be able to cancel your orders. 

6. How Do I Return An Item? 

Please contact our customer service via our Contact Us page to help if we can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 30 days.
Please contact us before returning the item, or we will refuse to deal with it.
Note: This is customized products and we can not sell your item to someone else. So if the product is not defective or broken, we will not be able to refund you. However, send us an email and we will do our best to make it right. 

7. Items Not As Described.
If the items received are not the one you ordered or not as described, you can choose to keep the item at a discounted price or request a replacement or a full refund by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
